VERY DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE

Im not sure what Im doing wrong but I find this APP to be very difficult. We have no children so I am trying to customize the pack sheet to eliminate these categories with no luck. (You can change/delete items in the category but cant change/delete the category itself). Happy we only paid $1.99 for this, but it isnt worth that.
